Disc Problems

Much research has indicated that the primary cause of low back pain has the disc as its origin.  We have found that chiropractic adjusting, exercise and other methods can be helpful but often fall short of desired goals.  We have been using intermittent traction with both high and low tech methods for 7 years with excellent success.  Many times we have seen very persistent low back pain melt away with proper treatment. 

It is important to follow-up traction with proper exercise.  We can help you get the most out or your simple exercise program without risk of reinjury.  Rehab of the spine is like everything else, easy when you understand it.
